About Nadia
After completing her studies in Nutrition and Health Coaching in 2016, Nadia continued to become a Qualified Personal Trainer. As a long-time sufferer of anxiety, Nadia has extensive knowledge on the importance of good nutrition, movement and mindfulness to create balance in her life. This being her passion, she has focused her career on supporting others to find freedom in their own lives.
Nadia is a mother to 4 beautiful children and understands how busy life can be. Stress and “lack of time” can play a huge part in losing the ability to have control over your health and eating habits. However, with a little guidance and support you can feel in control of your life again. Nadia is a motivating and supportive coach who brings empathy and kindness to each session, you can be assured that you are in the absolute best hands throughout your health and wellness journey.
