CANCELLATION POLICY
I deeply appreciate that you have chosen to book with me for your Bowen therapy treatment. I ensure top quality individual care to my clients and in order to do that, the time you have scheduled is set aside especially for you. ​

As I will be travelling to you, and allowing time in my schedule to do so, it's important you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or Reschedules:

If you cancel or need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the allocated time, 50% payment of your scheduled treatment cost is required to be direct credited.

If you cancel or need to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time, full payment is required (unless you are suddenly unwell or have an emergency).
