CANCELLATION POLICY
I deeply appreciate that you have chosen to book with me for your bodywork treatment. I ensure top quality individual care to my clients and in order to do that, the time you have scheduled is set aside especially for you.

It is not always possible to replace your cancelled time with another client, and if inadequate notice is given it is extremely difficult to fill vacant spots. This of course impacts other clients who may have wanted that particular time but couldn't have it.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or Reschedules:

If you cancel or need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the allocated time, 50% payment of your scheduled treatment cost is required to be direct credited.

If you cancel or need to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time, full payment is required (unless you are suddenly unwell or have an emergency).

If I can fill the allocated time with another client, your payment will be held in credit for you for 4 weeks.

If you do not show for your allocated appointment, full payment will be required.

Gift Voucher Cancellations
If less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule your treatment, or you don't show at your allocated time, your gift voucher will become void.
