CANCELLATION POLICY

I’m so grateful when you choose me to care for your home and feline babies.

As a full-time professional house sitter, I don’t keep a home base of my own so when I’m not on a sit, I usually need to arrange alternative accommodation such as Airbnb or boarding with friends.

When I commit to your sit, I reserve those dates exclusively for you. If your plans change and the sit is cancelled, this can leave me without accommodation and out of pocket. While cancellations are rare and usually manageable with good notice, there have been times when I’ve been unable to secure another sit in place of the cancelled one.

 

To ensure fairness, I have introduced a Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking and I’m unable to secure a replacement sit, a payment of $50 per night will apply for the length of the original booking. This helps cover the unexpected cost of alternative accommodation.

 

I truly appreciate your understanding, and I thank you for respecting my time and commitment.
